Fight Club is a 1996 novel by Chuck Palahniuk. The book follows the experiences of an anonymous protagonist struggling with his way of life and changes in American pop-culture masculinity. To overcome this, he forms a bond with a mysterious anarchist named Tyler, and establishes an underground fighting club as radical psychotherapy.
